How to find your lost AirPods case?
You might need a bit of luck here.
First, an important question, does Find My Airpods track the case?
To find your misplaced AirPods case, follow these steps:
Open the “Find My” app on your phone.
Here, you will find a list of all your paired devices. Select your AirPods from this list.
Check if it’s showing a green light beside your AirPods.
If yes, that means that the case is close to you.
If it’s showing a grey light beside it, then, unfortunately, it’s out of range. The above steps also apply if your AirPods case is dead. So, it’s lost forever!
We are grateful to Apple for its “Find My iPhone” app, but it’s hard to ignore the limitations. It is almost impossible to get your AirPods or the AirPods case back once it goes out of range.
