Miss Universe 2001: Denise Quiñones from Puerto Rico
Denise Marie Quiñones August (born 9 September 1980) is a Puerto Rican actress, model and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Universe 2001.
Prior to winning the Miss Universe pageant, she represented her hometown of Lares in the Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2001 pageant.
Miss Universe 2002: Justine Pasek from Panama
Yostin Lissette “Justine” Pasek Patiño (born 27 August 1979) is a Polish-Panamanian model, philanthropist and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Universe 2002.
Originally the first runner-up at the Miss Universe 2002 competition, Pasek became the first ever runner-up to be crowned the winner after the dethronement of original winner Oxana Fedorova.
Miss Universe 2003: Amelia Vega from Dominican Republic
After winning the Miss Dominican Republic title, Vega represented the Dominican Republic in the Miss Universe 2003 pageant held in Panama City on 3 June 2003.
She became the first delegate from this country to win the title. At the time she was the youngest woman since 1994 to win Miss Universe and, as of 2023, is the tallest winner, standing at 6’2″.

Jennifer Hawkins (born 22 December 1983) is an Australian model, television presenter and beauty queen best known for losing her skirt. Previously she was crowned Miss Universe Australia and in the same year Miss Universe 2004.
She was the host of Australia’s Next Top Model, and was brand ambassador for Lovable Intimates, Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling and Range Rover, and formerly the face of Australian department store Myer.
