Lisa’s Workout Routine
Lisa stays in great shape by making exercise a part of her lifestyle. So let’s find out what all exercise styles are there in Lisa’s exercise routine:
In order to set the stage on fire with her flawless moves, Lisa has to dedicate a significant part of the day to her dancing sessions. Well, that’s where the secret of her sizzling dance moves lies.
Lisa always tends to prioritize her dance sessions over her workout sessions. When she was a part of the show Youth with You, she used to practice dancing for about 12–15 hours a day.
Pilates is another favorite exercise style of Lisa. She performs it to work on her flexibility and core stability.
She even incorporates weights into her pilates routine. But at the same time, she ensures that the weights she is using aren’t too heavy. She prefers to choose lightweight dumbbells.
Lisa may look delicate to many, but she is quite hardcore, especially when it comes to training her body. She relies on practicing boxing to vent her stress.
Her boxing workouts consist of throwing certain punching combinations at the heavy bag. Doing so gives her body a great cardio workout.
Lisa always ensures to stay active, no matter what. So on days when she isn’t in the mood to go through her regular workout routine, she simply relies on performing some low-intensity activities like walking or jogging.
Lisa’s commitment to staying physically active has also contributed a lot to keeping her body in top-notch condition all the time.
